Basic Mantou
Learn to make your own soft and fluffy Steamed Mantou(Chinese Steamed Bun)
Learn to make Chocolate Mantou(Black n White Mantou)
Baked Carrot Mantou

Full Hands-on class
Students will bring home all buns/breads they have baked. Full Recipes and all ingredients are provided.

Learn to construct and sculpt a handbag with various texture effects
Learn to make zipper and painting with highlights.

Course Details
Full Hands-on class.
Students will learn to bake 2 cakes on Day 1. And will be given a full set of ingredients to bring home.
On Day 2, they will have to bake the cakes to bring to class to be use for decoration with fondant.

All Students will get a Starter Kit which consists of:
Baking Ingredients(Plain Flour, Butter, Sugar, Dried Cranberries, Rose Buds, Yogurt)
Cake boards, Cake Boxes, 1 jar of Gold Lustre Dust, 1 kg Chocolate Fondant, 1 pack of White Fondant, 1 Zipper Mould(Silicone, USA), 1 Texture Sheet

Learn to make basic Sugarpaste decorations for Cupcakes: Face, Ice Cream Swirls, Little LadyBird on a Sunflower.

All Students will get a Starter Kit which consists of:
A set of Fondant Tools, 50 pcs Cupcake Liners, 1kg of Coloured Fondant(various colours in 100g each) and a KC Gift voucher worth S$10.
