Cake Decorations 101 : Animal Farm Figurines

6th December Sunday, 2:30 pm to 5 pm

Venue : Chef Trainer's residence at Hougang Ave 7

Course Highlights
How to mould thumb print size figurines:
Mama Sheep, baby lamb, Mama Cow, Baby Cow, poppy eye goldfish, lady bugs. Also learn how to create different positions of animals(lying down, standing, chewing grass,etc)

Full Hands-on class
Students will bring home all sugar paste creations.

Highlights
All students will be given a set of Fondant tools and a S$10 KC Retail Gift voucher
Each student will bring home coloured fondant (500g).

Course Highlights
Day 1:

Learn to bake Sweet Cherries Fairy Cupcakes and Valrhona Chocolate Walnut Cupcakes. Student will bring home 1 dozen per flavour of cupcakes.

Learn to mold mini roses, mini leaves, covering cupcakes with sugarpaste
Learn about packaging for wedding or engagement.
Student will bring 6 cupcakes from Day 1 lesson for decoration
Demo by Chef on how to decorate a 2 tier Mini Wedding Cake

Full Hands-on class
Students will bring home all sugar paste creations and cupcakes they have baked.

Highlights
Each student will be given a Starter kit
Set of Chefmaster Liquid Gel : Leaf Green, Rose Pink, Lemon Yellow, Christmas Red, Sky Blue, Brown, Black and Violet.
A set of Fondant Tools
1 packet of White Fondant(750g)
Ribbons, Wedding Favour Boxes for packaging
Ingredients will be given to all students to bring home, baked for Day 2 class.

No Baking knowledge or basic decoration necessary.

Learn to bake Rum and Raisins Cake and covered in Kirsh Flavoured Sugarpaste.

Full Hands-on class
Student to bring home 6 inch Cake and a set of Christmas plastic decorations(for cake).
Full recipe notes, cake boxes will be provided.

Highlights
All Students will get a set of Silicone Push Molds(Christmas icons) worth S$10.90 free!
