this is what my maid learns from the maid agency. sorry, no picture. But after eating the Cold Crabs from Lee Do Restaurant, I felt it tasted very similar to this sauce.

To those who have eaten the cold crabs n chilli sauce from Lee Do Restaurant, do try this and tell me if you think so too Wink

Yields 100g
Ingredients
15 pcs fresh red chilli
5 pcs fresh chilli padi(more if you like it spicy)
1 inch young ginger
zest from one green lime
juice from one green lime
1.5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Method
1. Add all into the food processor to blend till smooth.
2. Store in a clean container to keep in the fridge.
3. This is made fresh, try to consume within 1 week.

I believe cillie padi is also known as bird eye chillies.
