Well remeber seeing this type of rolls made ny a member
sometime ago
Now as I need to encourage my son to eat a larger variety of foods I though this type of sushi he may see it as a novelty and eat them since he loves going to restaurants and try new foods.
of course I have limited budget so restaurants are out of the equation for now.

Thanks

Ricardo

as promised. Photos only. no recipe. Will need time to figure out correct proportions for you. Later.

Add about 150g of cold sushi rice on seaweed. Make sure the rice sits on a slant angle

Spread a bit of Mayonaise and Crab sticks on the rice.

Add desired fillings on top the mayo(cucumber, eggs, bacon or sausages)

Starting from the end where is nearer to the rice, pick up the seaweed and roll at an angle like a cone.

done!
