Ingredients:
(A)
2 cups minus 1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp custard powder
1 tbsp baking powder

(B)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

(C)
2 eggs. lightly beaten
225g milk
1/4 cup corn oil

Method:
1. Sift dry ingredients (A) together.
2. Mix in ingredients (B).
3. In a separate bowl, mix ingredients (C) together.
4. Pour wet ingredient (step 3) into mixed dry ingredients (Step 2).
5. Spoon batter into muffin cups and sprinkle some grated cheddar cheese on top.
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg C for 25 mins / till done.

is the custard powder important? i don't seem to have it and if yes i'm gonna go get it

You can omit it if you don't have. Just replace that 1 tbsp custard powder with plain flour or milk powder.

Thanks for the recipe. Tried this yesterday. Texture is kinda chewy though.
