Moqueca de Peixe

Ingredientes

800 grams fish, well cleaned
200 grams tomatoes, sliced in rounds
200 grams onions, sliced in rounds
100 grams green pepper, sliced in rounds
1 cup parsley
150 ml dend

Ricardo, what is dende oil? Have not heard of it before unless it is known by another name.

dende oil is palm oil. In Singapore, it can only be found in specialty supermarkets(Jason's Marketplace). Very expensive because its imported. Like about S$10/MRinggit $22 for a tiny bottle of 250ml.

Its orange in colour. I've seen it selling in Singapore.

maybe Carrefour in Malaysia will have it.

Yoiu don't necessarily have to ue palm oil just use any other oil though isn't the same flavour you can still make the recipe if you like it to
