i made this last night, took me soooo long to roll the dough, in the end i only had 25 pieces, and it's all gone already!

my friends like it! thanks for the recipe! it tastes just like the penang ones me and my family love.

i've got an entire bowl of mung bean paste leftover though, is there anything else i can make with it? or should i just get my lazy bum to making more tau sar piah?

I've still got 1 huge bowl of filling in my fridge, how long can I keep it for? Thinking of using it to try Angie's spiral pandan pastry. Razz

fraeriedust, i froze my leftover filling and later used them in Angie's sprial rolls. They last quite a while frozen.
