|I used the same recipe I did for the Cafe Latte Sponge Cake

What is different here is the topping cream.
This is a cake I baked on 13 December 2014 and left it to chill in the fridge for a day. on 14 December, 2014, I decorated it with Dulce De Leche Frosting and presented it to my eldest daughter Natasha for her 24th Birthday. It was just a simple dinner, cake at home.
Here's the recipe for the frosting
100g Dairy Whipping Cream
20g Dulce De Leche paste
1/8 tsp sea salt
1. Mix salt with Dulce De Leche
2. Pour cream into mixer and gradually pour in caramel to whip till it soft peaks.
3. Chill in the fridge before decorating on the cake.
The Chocolate on the top cream is Reese's Peanut Butter Buttons. This is purely optional. You can add cherries or other fruits if you like.
You can use other types of Caramel to make the frosting. I just use what I have that I sell in my shop.
The cake was baked in the square cake ring. I wanted it to be round but I don't have a round cake ring. So this is how I improvised everything.
See my photo tutorial on how I cut the cake into a round cake.
