Thanks to Champagne(Alice) for tips on how-to do this.

Ingredients:
1 bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 stalks of fresh Tarragon herb

Method:
1. I used a washed/cleaned/dry glass bottle(Vodka!) to do this.
2. Insert the herb into the bottle. Use a satay stick to push it down.
3. Pour EV Olive Oil into it.
4. Cover it with a cork and let it stand for a few days.

Notes:
Use this to drizzle on salads, pasta..!
You can try other FRESH herbs

When I saw what the supplier of Bob's Red Mill gave you the bottles of basil/lemon infused olive oil, I was wondering if I could use this method to recreate the "samples"?

Nora

you can try with herbs, not seeds or lemon. Apparently its a different thing altogether. When they explain to me how its done, I give up already, even before starting it! Smile love so long the process. see stars
