Read from a malaysian forum about crab stick can be tear into strips and deep fry. I did that just before dinner for dd's sch cny celebration. It taste like fish fross. I microwave the crab stick till it smells come out. Then unroll them and tear into strips. Deep fry till light brown. It turns brown faster if you dry them first. That's why I microwave it. It's a crispy snack.

juz me, why don't you try it out and tell us.

Since crab stick has no fat, maybe you want to add some oil to mix it around before putting into the oven. I hardly eat crab stick so din try the version you suggest. You can try with 1 pc in the oven toaster for testing.

Thanks Nora.

Read that it will get soft after the 5th day. Any idea how to prevent this?
