Simple dish. Great as a starter and fabulous with fresh crusty bread rolls.

This is a classic Australian dish.

Sorry no photos as nowadays I simply cook quickly and eat quickly due to my newborn twins. Embarassed

INGREDIENTS
serves 2

12 Prawns (Med to Large), peeled and devien
(if you like, can leave them whole with shells)

5 cloves garlic (good sized cloves please), minced
3 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
chilli flakes (fine) optional

METHOD

Heat olive oil till very hot. Add in garlic. Add in prwans immediately after this, or garlic will burn very fast.

Quickly toss prawns till evenly coated with garlic and oil.

Add in salt and pepper and chilli.

Turn off fire and add in butter. Mix well.

Dish up and serve hot. Dip with bread.

Enjoy!!
