inspired by Sophie's Prata Sausage roll, I made this yesterday. I made quite a lot of Naan dough and had them in the freezer..so I thought of using it to try out with the sweet Taiwanese sausages.

Makes 5 rolls
Ingredients
1 packet of Taiwanese Chicken Sausages(thawed)
1 egg yolk(beaten)
250g Naan dough(see above recipe to make the dough)

Method
1. Divide naan dough into 50g balls.
2. Roll and flatten dough into a round shape.
3. Place one sausage on it and roll up to seal.
4. Make x cuts on the top.
5. Brush beaten egg on top.
6. Baked in preheated oven 180C for 20 mins or until golden brown.

Notes
My oven is Tefal Brand and 26 litres capacity. 20 mins is good enough to bake it. Depending on your oven, you may have to adjust timing.
