Hi all,
I'm planning to make a fondant cake. But before making it (hopefully will be successful), I need to clear some doubts...

1) Do I need to frost the cake very detailed or just roughly frost the cake?
2) Do I refrigerate or put in the freezer after I have frost the cake?
3) Any basic frosting recipes?
4) If I want to make the marshmallow fondant, but do not have an microwave, how do I melt it? double boil or just over the fire?

Thank you!
