The most common one served in Jack's Place restaurants is the Sour Cream Green onions.

For 4 potatoes
Ingredients:
200ml Light Sour Cream(Paul's brand)
100 g fresh spring onions(dark green sections, chopped)
1 tsp salt

Method:
1. Stir to mix everything together.
2. Add to desire amounts of toppings.

Notes:
Uneaten sour cream can be kept in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. You can use it as a dip for potato chips too.

the bacon bits unless its home-made, is not real bacon.

In Singapore, the supermarkets sell bacon bits in a little vacuum pack for $3 to $5. Just fry until it shrunk and turn dark red brown. Strained and keep in a jar. the oil can be use for stir fry food.

the Bacon Bits in a plastic container that are sold in supermarkets are actually dried soya bean bits and flavoured with artificial bacon flavouring.

you can get sour cream from NTUC, Cold Storage, Jason's etc. Almost all supermarkets have it.
