Tip of the Month


Squeeze a cut lemon over the wire rack just before grilling or roasting meats.

Prevents the meat from sticking to the rack during grilling.

And it also helps to wash/clean easier too. Simply spray the wire rack with hot water and sponge it with liquid detergent.

Grilled meats will not have sour taste.
